02. SOURCING & COSTING
The right factory, fabrics and trims are selected together with clear pricing, MOQ and lead time.
03. SAMPLING & APPROVAL
Proto, fit and salesman samples are developed, revised and submitted for approval.
04. CONTROLLED BULK PRODUCTION
Fabric → Cutting → Sewing → Finishing → Packing.
05. PRODUCTION VISIBILITY & QUALITY CONTROL
Production status, dates, photos and QC results are monitored and shared.
06. FINAL INSPECTION & DELIVERY
Final QC → shipment approval → logistics → delivery follow-up.
